I want my car pimped, I paid my mechanic cash, but he used the money to fund his marriage.
Claimant paid the defendant: a mechanic the sum of N660,000 which is the cost estimated for revamping (pimp) the car he just purchased. The defendant diverted the sum for personal use, he has not rendered the service and not able to refund the claimant.
